At Tomball's Finest Cleaning Service, we are searching for dedicated, enthusiastic, & detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialists to join our rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
🧹 Provide exceptional cleaning services to our residential & commercial clients.
📋 Follow a customized cleaning checklist to meet individual client needs & preferences.
🚿 Utilize our methods to ensure a safe & healthy environment.
👂 Listen & respond to client feedback, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Each applicant will be background checked nation, state & countywide. You must pass the screening process to be considered.
Qualifications:
🔎 Detail-oriented & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
🌟 Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills.
💼 Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals.
🚗 Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver's license.
📅 Be available Mon-Fri 7 am to 4 pm & some Saturdays.
What Is The Job All About?
Most jobs are Standard Cleaning services for our regular clients. We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic & attention to detail. Duties vary from client to client but typically include cleaning rooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, taking the trash out, and tidying up. In addition, you will be given instructions from clients about what needs to be done more or less extensively.
Where & When Will I Work?
Houses and apartments in the cities of Tomball, Houston, Cypress, Katy, Spring, Magnolia, The Woodlands & in between. Work is Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
Will You Work Alone or In A Team?
Cleaning jobs are performed by teams of 2 or 3 people.
How Will You Check Your Cleaning Schedule?
We use software where you can see your daily schedule.
How Will You Get Paid?
We pay bi-weekly through direct deposit to your bank account. In addition, you'll keep 100% of the tips you get, and you will get bonuses for every 5-star review client gives for your work.
